The consultation gives us a starting point: where you are, what you want to change and what needs attention. If continued support is a good fit, a 21-day mentorship offers nine two-hour online meetings and weekly written feedback on the direction you choose. Company engagements are shaped around the challenge and agreed individually. The format and terms are confirmed before you commit.
